Accompanied by your guide explore Varanasi one of the oldest cities in the world starting your day with a dawn boat ride and then later in the afternoon explore Sarnath where Buddha is believed to have delivered his first sermon in 528 BC.
A dawn boat ride is sure to be a highlight of your visit to Varanasi as at this time of the morning it possible to feel the unique atmosphere as the Temples along the Ghats are touched by the first light of the morning. You may observe people as they wash clothes, perform their meditation, and make offerings of flowers and incense.
Later continue your city sightseeing with a guide to explain things as you explore the winding alleyways around central Varanasi that are filled with sights, sounds, and interesting places. You may visit The Vishnawath Temple which is also called the Golden Temple and the ancient well of knowledge that is located opposite.

Conclude this day tour with an afternoon visit to Sarnath where you will see Buddhist Temples built by Tibetan, Thai, Chinese Burmese and Japanese Buddhists. Sarnath is an important pilgrimage place as here at the monastery ruins of Dhanekh Stupa, Buddha is believed to have delivered his first sermon in 528 BC.
