The Indian Panorama Story
Indian Panorama is a well known Tour Operator in India which was started by Faith Pandian, a New Zealander, who first travelled to India in 1994 and has been helping people from all over the world make their Indian travel dreams come true ever since. Faith’s passion for India led to her leading small groups on tours of south and north India for several years. During this time she met and married Pandian, who is now co-managing director of the company alongside Faith. Together, they built a strong business based on a high level of customer service, attention to detail and an understanding of the needs of Western travelers visiting India.
The company has since grown and Indian Panorama has offices in cities throughout India. Wherever you travel in India you will be met and assisted by members of our team who understand about service and delivering the holiday experience you deserve.
Planning Your Tour
Our mix of western background and Indian local knowledge is, we believe, unique in a tour planning and operating company of this type. We appreciate that you may feel snowed under with choices and information relating to planning your trip and we have presented our personally gathered information into the Cadabra format, where you can select the style and pace of travel which suits you. To back this up we have a team of specialists who know each region and can assist you to maximise your available travel time. After you make your own itinerary through Cadabra India one of our India Travel Expert will come up with his/her own professional suggestions to fine tune your Indian Experience.
During your Travel
While the Cadabra system allows you the plan your trip completely independently, this does not mean you are completely on your own with a bunch of vouchers making your way from one place to another. You will meet up with our staff when you first arrive in India and they will answer any questions you have about your trip and introduce you to your driver, who is your key person throughout the trip. Our staff will also meet you in all the cities where we have branches to ensure everything is going smoothly. You also have 24 hour contact numbers for either a small query or an emergency. As flight and trains schedules can change or cancelled without any prior warning, we are there to assist you with the revised arrangements as required.

We are a proud member of ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents), PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association) & IATO (the Indian Association of Tour Operators). Lonely Planet has recommended Indian Panorama for a number of years, currently mentioned in the 13th edition of Lonely Planet – India book (Page number 1088) and in 5th edition of Lonely Planet – South India book (Page number 438).
